History: Swill was once a tiny city of only a thousand which survived by feeding its own alone. There economy was stifled by the success of Lucre. However, when Lucre took its fall into the ocean, Aneia convinced the citizens of Swill to move themselves slightly downstream in order to help with the rebuilding of Lucre with promises of better lives and better futures. All that remains now in the area of Swill are empty buildings and rotted fields either picked dry or left to die. It is likely that a handful of residents on the outskirts chose to stay put, but they are rare indeed.
