No city is more colorful, more lit up than that of Luin Arvandor. Both plants and creatures posses bioilluminent properties that light up the depths of the Oceanic. Living on the outer edge of Luin Arvandor are particularly dangerous wyverns, Nagas, sea dragons, sharks etc.
Known Dangers: I'corm, a particularly strong slip stream has been known to suck the most powerful swimmers to a frightful end. Sharks.
History: Pulled from a distant world, the first sea elves of the eastern hemisphere found one another. Lost and unable to return home, these elves banded together to create the underwater nation of Luin Arvandor. Empowered by priests that came to worship the Tidal Fyre, they are the reigning authority. Hundreds of years passed and the families of Arvandor survived and florished in complete secrecy. Sailors lost for years at sea would sometimes return home raving about a magnificent, underwater city. Legend is its name.
