Not enough to know the future exactly, but enough to know when a 'bargain' isn't, or when a contract will turn out poorly for them. This is largely why Farhmore thrives as well as it does - the king almost never makes a bad choice.
Miscellaneous Magical Items: The signet-ring of Farhmore, which never leaves the kings hand, has a band of pure ganheh metal gifted to him from the Council of Sarshatah in appreciation for fair dealings in the past. This metal, available only from the pegataur of Tol Ithil, naturally blocks psionics.

Description: Inside the palace, Jandal is rarely seen wearing armor or weapon, but outside he is never without them. Any time he leaves the palace, he is accompanied by a troop of personal guards, but is only mounted if they need to reach a distant destination quickly. He has a deceptively quiet demeanor - the kind of man you could look at and never notice, yet he rules his kingdom strongly and without hesitation. He is unwaveringly devoted to his Lady wife, and she has given him three children, the eldest at six a boy and his heir, the younger twin infant daughters.
