Weapons & Armor: Although he rarely wears armor within the palace, any time Hehselem ventures far from it he bears sea-elven chainmail, enchanted to strength, lightness and durability. It also bears enchantments against poisons and psionic attack. He carries a trident and weighted net, the first enchanted to sharpness, strength and spell-piercing, the second to ensnare and entangle anything it is cast over, the weave spell-strengthened to resemble metal when touched with a blade.
Special Attacks: In battle, Hehselem commands a pod of six young orca bulls specially trained by himself.

Special Abilities: His skill with the orca pod is such that they will not be lured away from him by charm or persuasion, nor will they flee from where he his presence even if afflicted with magical fear.

Born heir to a high-ranked family of Noir Tsiilegneh, Hehselem declined his inheritance in favor of a younger sibling to join Erdendelai as an equal, co-ruler of the kingdom. They have one child, a son and heir to the throne.
