Description: Noricryvik are large relatives to the common orc, slightly evolved into a stronger and smarter race. The greatly resemble the average orc, though standing much taller with slightly human features. The average height of a Noricryvik warrior is 7'5 ft tall, their build muscular and large.
A Noricryvik resembles a orc in several ways, the dark to light green skin, facial structure, and common build, of course with the exception of height. They also favor human characteristics, their everyday stance and walk favors the more civalized humanoid.
In most cases, the body of a Noricryvik warrior is decorated in tribal markings, symbolizing the number of battles he has seen and the count of men he has slain.
It is Noricryvik tradition to tie the hair up into a topknot, this is the characteristic of a warrior, the topknot is a symbol of honor.

Combat:
20% of a tribe's inhabitants are non-combatants, mostly woman and children. It is Noricryvik belief to fight until death, so it is not uncommon to see a Noricryvik warrior well past his prime age out among hunting parties or raids. Noricryvik are organized predators, preferring to hunt and attack in groups of six or more. They are masters at military strategy, never entering a battle without a well thought out plan of attack.

In combat they are most comfortable with the use of Axes, clubs, and spears. Their large build does not give them much grace on the battlefields so they choose weapons that will make up for their uncertainess on their feet. Occasionally a bow is used, mostly among the skilled hunters of the group.

Magic is not a main part in the combat of Noricryvik, only the shaman have the ability to cast magical spells, and they are few. Most magic is not attack based, it is used simply for healing purposes along with a few other minor uses.

Habitat/Society:
Noricryvik are a dominantly cave dwelling race, though also enjoying temporary refuge in dense forestlands. The temporary camps of the Noricryvik are lead by a cheiftan warrior, usually the strongest of the group. It is common for a warrior to challenge the cheiftan in order to take his place as head of the tribe, if such a warrior could kill the cheiftan in a battle he would claim his title.

The class standings of a Noricryvik tribe is based mainly on strength and skills on the battlefield. The number of battles won and the body count of a warrior are heavily weighing on the society standing of a Noricryvik.

They usually live in large nomadic groups, always moving from one location to the other, to ensure food and other desired needs are always available. The sole purpose of the Noricryvik is the military dictation of other races, they live for war and are often on the look out for any opportunities.

Ecology:
The average lifespan of a Noricryvik tribal member is similiar to that of a human. They can live can live anywhere from 20-80 years. Noricryvik females mature faster then males, a female becomes mentally and sexually mature around the age of fourteen, they are sooned married off, mostly with Noricryvik combatants. The age of maturity for a male is around 18, where they are permitted to accompany groups of hunters, as well as fight for their people on the battlefeild.
