Nagas are serpentine humanoids, vicious and cruel as befits their race. Thick scales of every hue, though more commonly a deep red to a light tan cover the rippling muscles. With the body of a snake and torso that resembles more a human they are terrifying indeed. Most do not have hair of any sort, in its place grows either spikes or horns, depending on the sub-race of Naga. The male Cziv Naga has a pair of front legs, giving more maneuverability then their counter parts. Female Cziv are usually smaller in size, with long slender bodies.
The male Cziv are the warriors of this race, trained from a young serpent into a battle hardened adult who will fight until their last breath. They are proficient with almost any kind of weapon though they prefer morning stars and bows. The archers of this race is truly magnificent to behold for they can travel at top notch speeds of nearly 30 mph while shooting, much like a Calvary archer. Cziv warriors usually wear light plate armor and carry massive shields that nearly touch the ground. They are ferocious fighters and will resort to any tactic in order to achieve a victory.
Even more awe inspiring is the Czivina Witch, a female of deadly magic often accompanying the platoon of warriors when they march to battle. The witches use their magic to attack an opponent from safe distances and to cover their warriors in the counter strike. They almost never carry a weapon, preferring to keep their minds focused solely upon their magic. The Witches will stay to the back of the army, often times performing the required rituals for battle.
The Cziv are nomadic creatures in nature, roaming the barren desert to follow their prey. Their tribes travel from oasis to oasis. If another tribe encounters a trespasser on this land a vicious battle to reassert their claim often commences. Only for large battles against their hated rival the Bathory Vampires do the Cziv come together as one, selecting the strongest chief to lead.
Within the tribal structure itself the strongest warrior makes Chief. Those few females born with the power seem to be set aside from the tribe. They form covenants in which they work out the intricate organization of life and war. They are respected as wise and powerful, even the chiefís bow down to them.
They have built caves near each oasis, hidden by the vegetation there. It is in there they make their temporary homes.
Cviz live to be 70 or 80 if they are fortunate to make it even that far. They hunt the smaller creatures of the desert and during hard times will resort to cannibalism. Nagas can coexist with different species but chooses not to.
