Celeste Star, Det. Captain
Celeste has been away for the last
three months, and what she discovered about herself has given her
increased confidence about herself, and now her fear of herself is
over, has led to her being a bit more out going. Though she
is still reserved of course. Her friends look at her with
reservation at times, and confidence at other times. She is
the head of all Detective Divisions in Arbor. Not much is
known about her, as she keeps her past to herself. Riley and
AJ are the closest friends she does have. She is single at
the moment, though for now, is happy being by herself.

Riley and Celeste have known each other for a short time, less then three years. Celeste fiercly protects Riley, and Riley does the same with Celeste. With the help of Riley, Celeste mind can not be breeched. Any attempt to do so, will knock Celeste out. Locking her mind off, leaving Riley the -Key- as to unlocking Celeste's mind, bringing her back from her slumber.
