Shop Directory Request Form Use this form to request a name for a business to appear in the Shop Directory. Please review the submission guidelines before filling this out.

Describe the business and how/where business is conducted. Whether it is within a building, shared space, a cart, tent, wagon or set up on a street corner. This is mandatory. We can not approve Realms that do not have this completed.
