Zatrikion is a plane, the Kingdom of Auvrynon is a land that resides on that plane.
What is a plane?
Basically, it means that there is no planet on which this place exists. Think of it like on a massive table, extending outward endlessly. In the middle of the table is Auvrynon, and the Mystical Storm surrounds it, creating a pocket of reality. Now, far away on the table another pocket might exist and in that is another realm.
The plane (huge table), is called Zatrikion. The realm (pocket of reality) is Auvrynon.
Travel
It is true, for the most part, when people get into one of these pockets they are stuck. But, the brave and foolish can travel through the Mystical Storm. It is like trying to travel through the worst hurricane you can imagine. Most common people don’t want to risk their lives to get out, but it can be done. This is why Auvrynon is known as the City of Gates, all types of people can pass through it, if they know how.
Teleportation from one realm to the next is possible, thereby bypassing the storm. Permanently placed portals and gates also provide means of passing from one land to another.
